Perform preventative maintenance on equipment on customer jobsites. Diagnose equipment malfunctions and make required repairs on customer jobsites. Test repaired equipment for proper performance on customer jobsites. Provide a high standard of customer service in all interactions with customers. Maintain documentation of inspections, maintenance and work orders in a thorough and timely manner. Assist with equipment repairs and maintenance in shop, when available. Adhere to all company Health and Safety Policies. What You’ll Bring to the TeamQualifications and Requirements: Minimum 2 years of mechanical experience, working on a variety of construction equipment, in a field service role. Valid Class G driver’s license with clean or satisfactory driver’s abstract (no more than 3 demerit points). Must have a complete set of tools. 310T or 421A license would be a definite asset. Must be available to work overtime as required, and to work on an on-call. Strong understanding of computer applications and diagnostic tools. Strong working knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic pumps, and motors. Flexibility; must be comfortable with managing and adapting to multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with colleagues, customers, and other parties in a professional and courteous manner.
