At CastorDoc, we believe that data people spend too much time finding and understanding data assets. Our product is plug-and-play, fun to use, and collaborative. It automates painful governance tasks, enabling every employee to find, understand, and consume data assets.
Created in 2020 by four data lovers who experienced firsthand the pain of exploring data, Castor is already running in leading unicorns such as Deliveroo, BackMarket, Gorgias, Stuart, ManoMano, and Vestiaire Collective.
Our team of 40 people is made up of experts or soon-to-be experts in their domains, sharing a common vision on how to impact companies through data. To support this vision, we raised 25m€ from Frst, Blossom, and accomplished Business Angels (founders of Dataiku, Zenly, Vestiaire Collective, etc.).
We are looking for a Senior or Principal Product Manager to join our growing team. That person should know how to make people articulate their needs, identify their pains, and understand what they are missing. You will be joining our product team alongside Thibault, Constantin, Claire, Nicolas, and Arnaud.
Our vision is to Improve the Data Experience and Democratise Data access. We do this through three tracks:
- Discovery: We empower people to find, understand, and leverage their data assets.
- Build Assets: We accelerate the creation of new data assets by helping users write SQL.
- Drive: We empower data leaders to improve their data environment’s health.

- Experience: You have strong experience in a product role, discovering new product needs, building roadmaps, specifying, and delivering fully-fledged features.
- Problem solver: You have strong problem-solving skills and obsess over coming up with the best possible solutions to fit our users' needs.
- Tech curiosity: You are constantly curious to understand how things work and excited to discover a technical environment. We heavily leverage AI and GenAI, and you’re likely to leverage it in solution design.
- Impact maker: You ensure that value reaches the end user, no matter how.
- Communication & collaboration skills: You have strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precisely articulating customer problems.
- A fluent French and English speaker. This is mandatory.
