Landlord Services Manager (Housing)

We are currently looking for a Landlord Services Manager to work with a Local Authority which is based in Warwickshire. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Manage everyday operations, such as issues that arise within the following departments: o Tenancy support services o Estate and tenancy management (i.e., ASB) o Income management - Review and manage council policies - Review any complaints made against the service - Manage the councils portfolio of properties Candidate requirements: - Experience of working with a senior leadership team - Experience managing service wide improvements - Experience of working within a similar role previously with a Local Authority or Housing Association If you would like to find more information out about this role, please get in contact with Emily at Critical Project Resourcing ((url removed))
