Zest Education is thrilled to partner with a fantastic school in West Bromwich in their search for an Early Career Teacher to become part of their dynamic team on a full-time basis. The school are looking for a Early Career Teacher to join their team from September 2024 until at least April 2025 on a full time basis. To be successful within this role you must: - Valid teaching certification or license (QTS Status or equivalent) - Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues - Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students - Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning best practices in education - Enthusiasm for building positive relationships with students and fostering a supportive learning environment - Prior experience working with primary aged children within a education based setting Your role within the school will include the below responsibilities: - Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student growth and development - Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and share best practices - Monitor and assess student progress to provide valuable feedback for improvement - Uphold school policies and procedures while promoting a safe and respectful learning environment for all students If you are interested in this position or want to find out more press ‘apply for job’ at the top of the page to submit your details. Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
