Now and for generations to come.QuadReal: Excellence lives here.The Manager, Communications will develop and execute communications strategies, initiatives, and content that delivers an engaging narrative to promote QuadReal internally and externally across various stakeholders.This role is a part of a dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate is a dedicated consumer of news, stays on top of content and channel best practices, and is motivated to help move the business forward.A successful team member will:With a focus on enhancing our corporate brand, leverage our vision and values to tell a compelling story about QuadReal’s strategy and its enterprise successes across internal and external channels.Working across the corporate communications team and with internal stakeholders, develop content and plans that elevates employee engagement. Work cross-functionally to develop and roll-out new initiatives to employee audiences.Support community programming through content development, stakeholder engagement activities and/or media relations. Identify opportunities to engage with external audiences via content and/or event-based (corporate or community) activations. Support corporate media relations initiatives and issues management. Be passionate about using data to direct content development and channel delivery.Qualifications:Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in a related position, including previous supporting a diverse staff team.University degree in a related field of study considered an asset, though an equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered.Experience in developing an internal communications strategy that increases employee engagement and brand devotion.Experience with project management and program delivery, including budget management and deployment.Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; demonstrates sensitivity and tact in interpersonal relations.Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, including well-developed public speaking skills. Bilingual French is an asset.Ability to work across channels, both internal and external with content development experience.A willingness to share different perspectives to contribute to new ways to go beyond expectations.Don't have all of the above skills?
