What you will be doing:?
- Ensure the quality of each configured program prior to activation.
- Verify that the program respects the parameters as recorded on the client’s submission.
- Assist in an aesthetical review of consumer programs prior to the public launch.
- Collaborate with Application and Implementation Support Specialists and Client Success. Managers to ensure a successful and timely program launch.
What you’ll bring:
- 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to deal with tight deadlines
- Obsessive attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies
- Strongly comfortable with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office (Excel is integral to the job)
- Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team
- Microsoft Excel Proficiency:
oBasic understanding of conditional formatting
oBasic understanding of pivot tables
oStrong understanding of:
oVLOOKUP or INDEX-MATCH
oSUM, ROUND, CEILING, FLOOR
oGraphs/Charts
oAny understanding of: IF, AND, OR, MID, LEFT, RIGHT, DATE, is an asset.
