Role:- Commercial Litigation Solicitor
Location :- Liverpool - L3 1HU
Contract :- Permanent - Office Based
Hrs :- Mon -Fri 09:30 - 17:30hrs (1-day WFH)
Salary :- £38,000 - £42,000 (DOE) Rising to £47K


We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor for our client who are a fast-growing practice, providing high quality legal services to both UK and International organisations.

You will be working within a great team, based in a modern office in Liverpool City Centre, with great transport links. You would also be able to work from home 1 day per week on completion of the probationary period.

As the Commercial Litigation Solicitor, your duties & responsibilities.

• Offer legal advice to clients in complex commercial disputes pre-action and issued.
• Conduct risk assessments and advise clients on potential litigation impacts.
• Participate in negotiations and mediations to resolve disputes.
• Prepare contracts and documents for clients.
• Stay updated with changes in the professional services sector and legal landscape.

The Commercial Litigation Solicitor, will have the following skills and experience.

• Must be qualified or working towards a Law qualification.
• Highly motivated.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload.
