Description du posteThe Global Real Estate department is responsible for managing Ubisoft real estate portfolio. As a Real Estate Specialist, you will help the team in the development and implementation of the global real estate strategy.In this position you will have to support our local entities (+90 offices in 30 countries) in their local initiatives, with different level of involvement depending on the level of local expertise.Your main mission will be to do real estate project management, which means supporting our entities from market research, site selection, build business cases, to negotiation and lease negotiations. It also means mitigating risks by ensuring all projects follow the global real estate rules and processes.Your main tasks are:Carry out real estate studies including market studies and trends, internal/external benchmarksIn partnership with the local team, participate in the definition of the needs and the structuration of the project with support from other central teams such as IT and SecurityOrchestrate project management and involve the adequate stakeholders such as Finance, Security, IT, Workplace, and LegalBuild strong business cases taking into account OPEX (mainly real estate and facility management costs) and CAPEX (mainly construction/fit out/IT costs)Lead financial and contract/lease negotiation with landlords in full collaboration with the local entity and external lawyersFor the projects led by the Global Real Estate team, prepare and manage project presentations to a large audience with relevant stakeholders from different departmentsAnticipate lease renewals following an annual roadmap and support local entities in their long-term real estate strategyProvide regular visibility on ongoing projects, status, and risks through effective and consistent reporting and budget/savings trackingContribute to transversal initiatives and the improvement of real estate department's tools & processesImplement environmental initiatives in collaboration with CSR departments to improve the environmental footprint of the group portfolio.QualificationsTo succeed in this position, you need to have strong experience in a similar position or in a buyer position, with an international dimension, acquired by working in a corporate real estate department or as an advisor for clients (tenant representation).If you feel up to the challenge and can relate to the experience and qualities listed below, then don't hesitate any longer!You are recognized for your professional efficiency and your capacity to challenge needs, projects, and peopleYou are comfortable leading high stakes/high impact projects such as lease renegotiation, moves, closing/opening locations, buy/sell buildingsYou have excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills and the ability to work with different levels of managementYou excel at building financial models/assumptions and business cases to structure dealsYou have experience in project management, problem-solving, and possess financial and legal skillsYou are comfortable working on multiple projects and have the ability to think outside the boxYou are fluent in English, accustomed to working in an international environment, and able to think globally while acting locallyUbisoft's perksProfit Sharing, yearly company saving plan. 25 paid time off + 12 additional paid days off. 50% of your Navigo pass is paid by the company, lunch vouchers (9€/day), healthcare for you and your family, and many additional Ubisoft perks.Our brand new office is located in Saint Mandé (Metro line 1, Saint Mandé station).
