Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a well known Manufacturing  Company in their search for a Linisher  to work in their leading facility in Lytham.

For the successful Linisher  our client is offering:

• 
  
• £12.77 - £13.30 per hour (DOE)
• Mon to Thurs 7am - 4:30pm  / 3 on 4 off shift pattern available
• Temp to Perm
• clean , non food working environment
• Opportunity to go permanent in a growing business

The role - Linisher:

• 
  
• Using belt linishers, pedestal polishers, grinders, palm sanders and  orbital hand tools
• Polishing fabricated steels prior to powder coating or final inspection
• Operate a range of machinery to produce a variety of metal materials with manual and automated equipment
• Visual quality checking products prior to sign off

What our client is looking for in a Linisher :

• 
  
• Previous Linishing or Metal polishing experience (ESSENTIAL)
• Practical awareness of lean manufacturing and understanding of 5S activities (ESSENTIAL)
• Previous experience in a similar role i.e belt grinding, linishing (ESSENTIAL)
• Experience in metal finishing (BENEFICIAL)
