Licensed Mechanic

JOB DESCRIPTION & OVERVIEW We are seeking a skilled licensed Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing our fleet vehicles to ensure their optimal performance and safety.RESPONSIBILITIES - Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, such as changing oil, checking tire pressure, and inspecting brakes - Diagnose mechanical issues and propose appropriate solutions - Repair or replace vehicle parts as needed - Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues - Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performedREQUIREMENTS - Proven experience as a Mechanic - Up to date License in mechanics - Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components - Ability to use diagnostic tools effectively - Excellent problem-solving skills - Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy parts and equipment when necessary-Ability to work in a team environment-Ability to work under pressureJob Type: Full-timeSALARY $35.00-$42.00 per hourBENEFITS - Dental care - Extended health care - Life insurance *Subject to probationary period*EXPERIENCE - Mechanic experience: 3 years (required) - Maintenance: 3 years (required) - Electrical experience: 3 years (required) - Automotive diagnostics: 3 years (required) - Air conditioning maintenance: 3 years (preferred)LICENCE/CERTIFICATION 310S Automotive Service Technician license (required)
