Level 4 Teaching Assistant Tameside, Greater Manchester Full time, permanent role starting September 2024 £24,294 to £25,979 per annum. A dynamic and inclusive secondary school located in the heart of Tameside are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic level 4 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2024. This role involves working during term time (Monday to Friday) providing 1-2-1 support to pupils with learning difficulities. Your primary responsibilies will include: Assisting pupils with their daily learning tasks Tailoring support to meet individual learning needs Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment Collaborating with teachers and other staff to support pupil developmentThe ideal candidate will: Have a kind, patient, and empathetic manner Possess experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting Have experience supporting students with SEND Be passionate about education and dedicated to helping students achieve their full potential Demonstrate reliability, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic
