As the HR Technology Coordinator , you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the employee experience through ownership of data integrity, supporting a digital-first experience, self-service and automation, enabling seamless, simple processes and an intuitive user experience. This position requires a commitment to aligning HR technology processes and talent data with the organization's strategic objectives. What you'll do: Responsible for HR data integrity throughout the employee life cycle Support People Partners with Core HR system transactions and help drive efficiency in data processing. Train new users on system transactions Execute basic report requests. Create and update documents such as employee lifecycle processing checklists, training guides. Provide level 1 support to end-users. Triage, resolve, route or escalate incidents and requests. Confirm appropriate documentation for employee transactions; validate employee documentation accuracy. What you have: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and/or HR, or equivalent work experience within the information technology industry or HR and data management experience Basic to intermediate Excel A proactive mindset to identify and implement improvements.
