Is responsible for delivery of the project’s within approved CAPEX budget, committed planning and state of the art quality standard …. Will report to the Director TWM Europe and will be an integral member of the TWM EU Leadership Team. He/She will closely collaborate with the other LT members, the wider Ecolab team and the customer to deliver individual projects and support sites according to the yearly project’s portfolio assigned. The Project Director will be expected to maintain a close, dotted-line relationship with the business VP and Divisional Director. The project portfolio is focussed on greenfield and brownfield projects in Western Europe to start, and the project scope will vary according to the business priorities and served industries. The Project Director will be involved in setting the yearly roadmap considering ongoing Projects under completion and those to start. Manage on a project-by-project basis a specific task force composed by highly skilled professional. Manage communication and interfaces with the customer and be the first point of contact of his customer’s peer Will be accountable to define his expression of needs (resources, roadmap, planning…) on a Projects-by-Projects basis Will be accountable to present to Engineering and Business LT team the status of the projects and raise relevant points for review and decision Coordinate actions with ECL’s support functions (Supply Chain, purchasing…) to ensure smooth execution of the project and alignment Define projects execution strategy Manage relationships with ECL’s partners & vendors Ensure smooth execution and be accountable for quality, cost, timing of the projects Support key Contracts negotiation Ensure implementation of best Project Management practices Leverage synergies and learnings between projects, drive continuous improvement project over project Minimum Qualifications Master´s degree with relevant experience Minimum 15+ years demonstrated experience of leading cross-functional, multi-project programs. Experience in an industrial environment, ideally in water treatment related sector Experience in managing Greenfield Projects and at least brownfield Projects on Water Cycle scope of minimum $50M CAPEX value PMP Project Management certification, or equivalent, is preferred Fluency in French and English Effective Networker Ability to manage executive level difficult discussion Eagerness to grow through challenging experience Based in France and willingness to travel and change temporarily location for future assignments Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion At Ecolab, we believe the best teams are diverse and inclusive, and we are on a journey to create a workplace where every associate can grow and achieve their best.
