Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing our cutting-edge technology, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and repair our equipment, including broadband and mobile networks
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, using your problem-solving skills to find effective solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the service they receive
- Collaborate with our technical team to share knowledge and best practices
Requirements
- A UK Manual driving licence with no more than 8 points
- Be comfortable working at heights and outside in all weather conditions
- Enjoy problem-solving and finding suitable solutions for customers
- Be able to build great relationships with customers
- Be an organised individual with a customer-focus, motivated to help others
