Field Service Engineer - Installation and Repair Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing our cutting-edge technology, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and repair our equipment, including broadband and mobile networks
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, using your problem-solving skills to find effective solutions
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the service they receive
• Collaborate with our technical team to share knowledge and best practices

Requirements

• A UK Manual driving licence with no more than 8 points
• Be comfortable working at heights and outside in all weather conditions
• Enjoy problem-solving and finding suitable solutions for customers
• Be able to build great relationships with customers
• Be an organised individual with a customer-focus, motivated to help others
