Corporate Communication Lead, Consumer Healthcare - All genders Location: Neuilly sur Seine Remote working: 50% Job type: Permanent Full time Your role: As CHC Global Communication Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing CHC’s reputation and narrative in support of CHC’s purpose, ambition, business, and sustainability strategy. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Communication, CHC, you will be responsible for developing and executing communications strategy and campaigns aimed at various stakeholders. This position requires a well-developed business understanding, with exceptional leadership and communication skills. Main responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated communications planning towards CHC’s corporate stakeholders, focusing on investors and media, customers, and partners.Develop and execute stakeholder-centric communication strategy to strengthen our efforts in making healthcare as simple as it can be.Oversee financial communications, working closely with the Media Relations Lead in developing PR, Q&A, and CLT preparation.Develop an issue and crisis management toolkit in close collaboration with Public Affairs.Lead communication-related efforts for M&A/partnerships in line with key messages of our equity story and CHC strategy.Reinforce employer branding and targeted messaging to potential pools of recruitment through specific campaigns.Implement metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies.Craft persuasive and impactful communication materials to educate, inspire, and motivate our diverse audiences. About You: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in communication, with a focus on corporate audiences.Experience in managing complex, multi-dimensional projects.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for business communication.Proven advisory and influencing skills.Strong leadership and project management skills, with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Crisis communication and issues management experience.Well-developed business understanding, with experience in integrated communication.
