Job Title: SEMH Teaching Assistant Location: Oxford Start Date: Immediate Start Salary: £80 - £120 per day Are you looking to work in an SEMH provision? The setting is centred on students’ development, focusing on academic progress and enhancing their emotional, social, and behavioral skills. The school is seeking a passionate team player to take on this short-term role, with the potential to become a long-term placement for the right SEMH Teaching Assistant. The successful SEMH Teaching Assistant will bring a new dimension and skill set to this role, be eager to develop their own skills to adapt to the children’s individual needs, and have a positive impact on the wider school. The position will involve working with students across all Key Stages diagnosed with SEMH needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and challenging behaviors. A proactive thinker with the ability to manage situations confidently is necessary.
