You'll play a key role, leading, supporting, and overseeing our dedicated team of care workers. Note: The role has some travel expected within the surrounding area. Oversee care planning and assessments. Manage and supervise staff performance and development. Maintain and improve care standards. Ensure effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders. Monitor financial performance and manage budgets.
