Registered Manager – Competitive Salary – Market Drayton, Shropshire  The Role Are you an experienced and qualified Registered Manager looking for a new challenge? Or do you have 5+ years of experience in Adult Social Care and are studying towards your Level 5 (or equivalent), and are looking to progress your career? Salopian Care is a well-established, Domiciliary Care Provider. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to join our team. You'll play a key role, leading, supporting, and overseeing our dedicated team of care workers. Note: The role has some travel expected within the surrounding area. Ready to join a team that makes a difference? Apply now. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the care team to deliver high-quality care. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations. Oversee care planning and assessments. Manage and supervise staff performance and development. Maintain and improve care standards. Ensure effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders. Monitor financial performance and manage budgets.
