In this role, you will encourage the project team to focus on what our client values/wants, and will ensure that the team is empowered and set up to deliver that value. Have a proven ability to deliver digital products EQ minded - Ability to understand and respond to the needs of the client partners and internal team Detail-oriented - Ability to identify risks, gaps and opportunities and take the necessary steps to address them Can contribute to putting the right people in the right seats by understanding people's capabilities, limitations, and what opportunities would be good for them Coming from a background in product design or development helps - because we create software, it helps if you’ve been on the ground yourself in any or many of these backgrounds. Experience in project management or product management Experience in design, development, data / analytics, or any other part of digital product delivery Experience running a team Experience consulting Entrepreneur, experience running a business and people
