Service Controller

Do you want to be working in a fast-paced environment with being responsible for co-ordinating with service engineers? If so, then this role may be for you! Our client based in Farnham, are seeking a Service Controller to assist their fantastic team. This is a full time permanent role. Key Responsibilities Input Timesheets on a daily basis Chase the customer for order numbers on all work that is not covered by warranty Keep constant communication with the customer to give them updates on all live breakdowns Create estimates when additional work is found and send to the customer within 24 hrs Send over final costings for all retail work Invoice all retail work that has been completed Resolve all customer invoice queries Arrange monthly meeting with the Line Manager to resolve any ongoing issues Answer incoming calls into the office and log breakdowns Cover other diary locations during peak times for Holiday Actively seek new business Organise and time-manage your workload Achieve and meet strict deadlines Deal with all telephone calls in a polite and professional manner  Key Skills An effective team player Time management skills A ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to try out new ideas Ability to prioritise and focus on answering incoming calls quickly and effectively Ability to work under pressure A good understanding of customer service procedures, policies and best practice A willingness to help both internal and external customers   Benefits 22 Days Holiday Scottish Widows Pension Death in Service Westfield Cash Back Health Plan Uniform Free legal advice to set up a Will and renew or purchase a Mortgage If you know someone suitable for this role, share the word and through our referral scheme receive up to £250! for full details on all Permanent, Temporary and Contract career opportunities we are actively seeking candidates for.
