Critical Mass' Technology Team has an opportunity for a Vice President, Technology to lead our BMW Group accounts, which includes BMW USA, MINI USA, and BMW FS. The group has a broad range of technology needs: strategy, client leadership, solution architecture, marketing automation, data engineering, talent scaling, and more. You’ll lead a growing team, be supported by a team of Technology Directors, and be part of the office leadership team. Critical Mass is anchored by entrepreneurial practitioner-leaders and is at the forefront of wholistic digital ecosystem Critical Mass is seeking a Vice President, Technology thinking and experience delivery. This role is eligible for remote work, within Canada and the US in Eastern Standard Timezone. Travel may be required.
You Will
Lead and grow the BMW Group accounts and talent
Provide technical strategy and leadership within CM and to our clients
Partner with other disciplines to elevate the digital experiences we deliver across the ecosystem
Navigate conversations between BMW US & HQ clients
Propel platform evolution & innovation
Maintain relationships with clients across Marketing, IT, etc.
Lead marketing technology initiatives involving creative automation, real-time personalization, channel data integration & activation, progressive profiling, and data engineering
Directly mentor Technology Directors and Technology Leads, and indirectly guide the careers of their direct reports
Support organic growth
Balance skills and casting across the account group
Contribute to and support CM Technology Discipline initiatives
You Have:
A post-secondary education in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent industry experience
Unique expertise that enhances CM’s ability to deliver experiences across the digital ecosystem
Experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, namely AEM, Target, and Analytics
Experience in automotive and optionally other industries such as financial services, higher education, healthcare, and hospitality
Managed multiple concurrent clients and projects alongside new business pursuits
Acted as a public facing representative of your organization
Directly mentored managers and overseen distributed teams
