Role Summary
The FX Salesperson will be part of the Foreign Exchange team at Marex Solutions (Marex Hedging Solutions Division) based in Paris, France.

Must be fluent/ professional proficiency in German
Extensive experience in Foreign Exchange Sales

Excellent knowledge of FX derivatives
Ability to multi-task and detail oriented
Excellent communication skills
Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this
Overall Responsibilities
Develop and manage a client base of small/mid-cap/large corporates for their Foreign Exchange in Germany and Austria. This includes generating own revenues from your own client base
Ability to price, structure, model and execute FX derivative transactions (provided necessary regulation requirements are met)
Work with other salespersons across the Marex network to open new FX relationships and cross-sell to commodities clients
Proactively performing day-to-day tasks such as client prospecting, client onboarding and proactively responding to any client queries as well as assisting the rest of the FX Sales team
Working closely and liaising with all the internal teams supporting the Hedging Solutions business within EMEA and across other regions (Operations, Legal, Compliance, Onboarding)
Managing client post trade services/workflow
Ensuring compliance with the company's regulatory requirements
Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with

To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility
