Defined Contribution Plan Manager: Boston Wealth Management, LLCBoston Wealth Management, LLC (BWM) is a leading independent Investment Advisor seekingto employ an experienced, innovative individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to overseeand lead our company’s defined contribution business.The Defined Contribution (DC) Plan Manager is responsible for overall management andoversight of the administrative, operational, and communication functions of the DCPdepartment. The DC Plan Manager oversees and is primarily responsible for ensuring that it isexecuting its fiduciary role for the Plan Sponsor and participants. It includes performing thefollowing core duties:• Staying abreast of all regulatory updates including DOL Fiduciary Rules.• Providing analysis and recommendations regarding a variety of process, plandesign, compliance, and administrative matters.• Developing forward-thinking engagement initiatives to drive ongoingimprovements in participant participation and outcomes.• Conducting annual participant education meetings.• Leading annual plan review meetings with plan sponsors.• Fielding questions and resolving issues related to the 401(k) plan from sponsors,participants, and related service providers.The ideal candidate will have:• A minimum of 3 years 401(k) administration experience.• An in-depth understanding of Defined Contribution Plan Design, familiarity with DefinedBenefit Plans a plus.• Strong presentation skills.• Proficiency using Microsoft Office.• An intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or a willingness toparticipate in an excel classes to improve skills.• Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).• Experience using financial reporting softwareA CFP with experience in personal financial planning a plus.If interested, please contact Christine Theroux, CFP, CPFAphone: 508.276.1098 (ext. 31)email: ctheroux#bostonwealthmgt.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
