The Insurance Customer Service and Sales Representative will be responsible for conducting sales activity and managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, communicating with clients to identify their needs and provide solutions.Responsibilities:Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, etc.Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.Requirements:Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferredSuccessful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferredProperty & Casualty license or LLQP (or both), or ability to obtainExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills - written, verbal and listeningProactive in problem-solvingDedicated to customer serviceAbility to multi-taskAbility to make presentations to potential customersKnowledge of insurance industry practices and regulations is a plusDiploma or degree in business, finance, or related field is preferred. Bilingual skills are preferred.
