Together, we are shaping the evolution.The OpportunityThe Acquiring Processing Product Manager (PdM) significantly impacts the business by ensuring that products are developed and launched successfully, meet customer/market needs and contribute to the company's strategic goals. He/She drives innovation, enhances customer satisfaction and ultimately helps in achieving revenue and growth targets. A successful Product Manager balances strategic thinking with practical execution, ensuring that the product not only fits the market but also evolves based on customer feedback and market trends. He/She is responsible for overseeing the business performance, development and continuous improvement of a product or a value chain part of the acquiring processing product portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Vision and StrategyMarket Analysis: Conduct market research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Product Vision: Define the long-term vision and strategy for the product.Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's development and business release schedule.Product Features definition and designBusiness Requirements Gathering: Collect and prioritize product business requirements from stakeholders, including customers and partners.Business Feature Definition: Define and document product business features and specifications.Collaboration with Architects/Engineers: Work closely with BA and BE (Engineering team) to ensure that product requirements are understood and implemented correctly.Product investment plan and business roadmapDefine investment objectives in line with the product and value chain strategy.Conduct identification and gathering of investment items from the various stakeholders of product community.Prepare investment plan and promote product investment strategy in front of necessary governance bodies.Product 360° Performance MonitoringOKRs and Metrics/KPIs: Define the key results to achieve by the product and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effects and success of business decisions.360° Data Analysis: Analyze product data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.Continuous Improvement: Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous product enhancements.Cross-Functional CollaborationStakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and dependencies to ensure that product initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts that arise during the product development process.Skills And QualificationsCustomer/Market-Centric Mindset: Strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs; experience in gathering and acting on customer feedback.Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align product development with business goals; experience in setting product vision and mid/long-term strategy.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating product vision, requirements, and updates; ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships; experience in managing stakeholders with diverse interests and priorities.Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and ability to derive actionable insights from data; strong problem-solving skills to identify and address product-related issues.Technical Proficiency: Understanding of the technical aspects of product development to effectively communicate with engineering teams; familiarity with relevant tools and technologies used in product management.Fluent English skills both written and spoken; other languages of the group welcome (French, German, Dutch…)Proactive “Can do” attitude in daily business is essential to succeed.Do you enjoy working as an “entrepreneur”?
