Communicate with customers to obtain missing information and answer their questions; Handle representations to Canadian and American tax authorities; Perform tax research in connection with the preparation of tax returns. Fluency in French and English, both oral and written; Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite; Knowledge of Global FX and Tax Prep software (an asset); Have completed a baccalaureate-level tax course (an asset).
