We designed the ALTO platforms that span a wide spectrum of investment strategies and asset classes. In 2021, Amundi Technology was created to accelerate the design, development, promotion and commercialization of the ALTO platforms. The ALTO suite is composed of 5 offers: ALTO Investment (portfolio management tool), ALTO Wealth & Distribution (discretionary management and advisory solution), ALTO ESR (Employee Savings and Retirement Solution), ALTO Sustainability, and ALTO Asset Servicing.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coordinate and complete implementation projects on time, within budget and within scope.Understand client objectives and goals to deliver solutions and services.Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.Aid in developing improved practices to make the Implementation model more efficient with each new implementation.Oversee all aspects of projects starting from governance and planning.Build the implementation project plan through deadlines and responsibilities.Define clearly the scope of the project including business processes and workflows.Coordinate resources across multiple functional areas.Monitor and summarize progress of project.Conduct internal and external steering and project committees.Oversee and manage project budgets from inception to completion.Prepare monthly reports of project cost and highlight attention points for top management.Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.Coordinate the production of the SLA.QualificationsExperience in project management.Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.Highly organized, ability to manage several priorities and excellent attention to detail.Client-oriented and reliable.Proficient in Microsoft Office Tool suite.LanguagesFrench and EnglishLocation: ParisSector: Finance, Asset Management, Consulting, Project Management, Change Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
