We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to work from home. We will provide you with the equipment required. You will need to have a good Wi-Fi connection and a desk with a quiet working space. As a Customer Service Advisor your duties and responsibilities will be: * You will handle all inbound and outbound calls. * You will ensure all customer queries are dealt with in an effective, accurate and timely manner. * You will book appointments with the purpose to deliver the metering programme for Thames Water. * You will provide support to the Customer Experience Team in the daily functions of the department. * You will accurately capture data from calls to assist the management team in the production of reports. * You will ensure service failures or priority issues are escalated to the Customer Service Manager. * Experience in a call centre or customer service environment Proven administration and customer service skills Team player with strong interpersonal skills Accountable and self-motivated to meet targets Proven IT skills particularly MS Office Effective communication skills Additional spoken languages would be advantageous All Training Provided – Apply Today!! Shifts and Salary This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week with a rolling 5 week shift pattern.
