Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teacher with a passion for nurturing young learners? We are seeking an inspirational educator to join our team in Kingston Upon Thames. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the early educational journey of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development: Create and deliver a stimulating and developmentally appropriate curriculum for young learners in line with EYFS guidelines.
Classroom Management: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and engagement.
Assessment: Monitor and assess students' progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs and celebrate achievements.
Parental Engagement: Build strong partnerships with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on students' development and well-being.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, plan events, and promote a supportive school community.
Qualifications and Skills:
Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and have relevant qualifications in Early Years Education.
Previous experience teaching in an EYFS setting is preferred but not essential for exceptional candidates.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
A genuine passion for early childhood education, creativity, and adaptability.
Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
