Job type: Full-time, Contract (seasonal)

Contract: from August 26 until December 21, 2024, with the possibility to extend to April 2025

Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7 AM and 5:30 PM.

We seek full-time employees who can commit to the entire duration of the contract.

The expected pay range: hourly rate of $18.50

We’re looking for a Customer Support Representativesto join our Fundraising, Group Savings, and Business Gifting team based in Vancouver, BC, Chester Street.

Job Overview: In this role you will be supporting the promotion of these programs to new and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls. This position is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing incredible customer service and is looking to expand their customer service experience. Your success will come from your ability to engage with customers over the phone, promote these programs, and work in a team environment.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Validate contact information for existing and new customers
  • Contact leads to promote our fantastic sales programs
  • Support customers with our online ordering system
  • Troubleshoot our website and online ordering system with customers
  • Respond to inquiries from customers in a timely manner
  • Other duties may include data entry, data organization, and research on new customers

You will be a good fit if you:

  • Canprovidegreat customerservice and have strong multitasking skills
  • Are able towork in a fast-paced environment
  • Have basic level of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and can work with computer
  • Have advanced level of spoken and written English
  • Previous telephone customer service experience is an asset
