Location: Basildon Salary: £90 - £140 per day Start Date: September 2024 Contract Type: Full-time Behaviour and Inclusion Specialist for Secondary Schools in Basildon Are you passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment? We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour and Inclusion Specialist to join our secondary schools in Basildon, starting in September 2024. This is a full-time position offering a competitive daily salary ranging from £90 to £140. As a Behaviour and Inclusion Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting positive behaviour and fostering an inclusive atmosphere within our schools. Your expertise will help address behavioural challenges and ensure that all students have access to a supportive and equitable educational experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies. Support teachers and staff in addressing behavioural issues and promoting inclusion. Work with students to develop positive behaviour patterns and social skills. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and external agencies to support student needs. Lead training and professional development sessions on behaviour management and inclusion practices. Requirements: Proven experience as a Behaviour and Inclusion Specialist or in a similar role within a secondary school setting. Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and inclusive education practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
