As a Behaviour and Inclusion Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting positive behaviour and fostering an inclusive atmosphere within our schools. Your expertise will help address behavioural challenges and ensure that all students have access to a supportive and equitable educational experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies. Support teachers and staff in addressing behavioural issues and promoting inclusion. Work with students to develop positive behaviour patterns and social skills. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and external agencies to support student needs. Lead training and professional development sessions on behaviour management and inclusion practices. Requirements: Proven experience as a Behaviour and Inclusion Specialist or in a similar role within a secondary school setting. Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and inclusive education practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
