Gillespie Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, based in Cramlington in their search for a Sales Administrator!
They are looking for someone to manage their online shops, including invoicing, stock levels, preparing, packing, and sending orders. The successful candidate must be confident in providing high quality customer service to their customers and be capable of building relationships. Candidates will ideally have an interest in healthcare supplements.
Main responsibilities:
* Be the contact point for all distribution clients, to deal with all queries, processing, and invoicing and sales.
* Contact clients for sales and any queries, focussing on building long-term relationships.
* Understand the benefits of each product and how they cater to the needs of our target audience.
* Answer all emails and telephone calls and Keep detailed records.
* Stay up to date with new products and training.
You must have proven experience as a Sales Administrator and have excellent IT skills. You must be able to ensure that sales targets are met and can work under strict deadlines.
