Support Conveyancer

Total Staff Services are currently recruiting a Support Conveyancer for one of our clients based in Birkenhead. This is a permanent role that will involve a face-to-face interview. This role will include you undertaking all aspects of the conveyancing process and working within the conveyancing team. Salary: £32,000 P/A to £36,000 P/A depending on experience. Shifts: (Apply online only), Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: Providing holiday or absence cover for Conveyancers. When not providing cover to orbit the Conveyancing teams, you'll provide assistance with Conveyancer level work. Undertake file review and assist the Equity Partners with risk management aspects of the conveyancing department. Thorough knowledge and experience of dealing with all aspects of the Conveyancing process. Deal with residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish. Deal with different types of transactions including Freehold, Leasehold, New Build, Shared Ownership, Help to Buy and Non-Statutory Lease extensions. Responsible for signing off files for exchange and completion. Act honestly and diligently and at all times above by the relevant professional codes of conduct that may from time to time be in force.Benefits: Free on-site parking.
