Commodity Procurement Specialist

Carry out the effective procurement of goods and services that support all Business Units across the organisation. Description Developing and implementing effective procurement strategies. Identifying cost-effective and efficient procurement opportunities. Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Managing relationships with existing suppliers while seeking new ones. Analysing and interpreting supply chain data to improve processes. Conducting market research to identify procurement opportunities. Ensuring compliance with company and industry-specific regulations. Collaborating with the Procurement & Supply Chain team to achieve company objectives.Profile Experience of MS Dynamics or a similar ERP system. Experience in one or more of the following commodity groups: Chemicals, Logistics, Energy, Packaging, Warehousing, Facilities, Engineering, Capex, PPE & Workwear Ability to collect, manipulate, and deliver data that delivers insightful management information IT literate and proficient in using MS Office products Highly organised and able to deal with demanding workload Self-aware, authentic and open to feedback Positive and strategic thinker Job Offer Pension plan Generous holidays Healthcare Life Assurance plan
