That's why we are seeking learning support assistants and teaching assistants with a background in SEND to work in mainstream and SEN settings around North Somerset. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with SEND, and who have the skills and experience necessary to support them in their learning and development. Requirements: Background in social care, psychology, mental health support, nursing, or other related fields (preferred) Experience working with children with SEND (preferred) Ability to work in mainstream and SEN settings around North Somerset/ South Bristol (essential) Strong desire to support others and have a nurturing personality (essential) Available full-time (5 days a week, 8:30am-3:30pm) or on a supply basis (at least two days a week)Benefits: Competitive rates of pay Ongoing training and support Opportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals.
