Job Overview
Searchability is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Engineer to join our team. As a Service Desk Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our staff, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to staff via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Log and track issues using our ticketing system
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain and administer user accounts and access
Requirements
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems
- Active directory experience
