Job Overview

Searchability is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Engineer to join our team. As a Service Desk Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our staff, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to staff via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Log and track issues using our ticketing system
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Maintain and administer user accounts and access

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems
  • Active directory experience
