We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You'll be instrumental in driving revenue by identifying new business prospects, building long-lasting relationships, and offering tailored advertising solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through compelling pitches and presentations.
* Achieve individual sales targets and meet key performance indicators.
* Cultivate and maintain relationships across various business and lifestyle sectors.
* Effectively manage a busy sales schedule, prioritising tasks to maximise results.
* Contribute to a collaborative sales strategy within a supportive team environment.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a high-energy, target-driven sales role.
* Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
* A confident, self-motivated individual with a proactive, can-do attitude.
* Strong organisational abilities, with the capability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Knowledge of the Gloucestershire business scene is beneficial; local contacts are a plus.
* Experience in media, marketing, recruitment, technology, or professional services is advantageous.
* Understanding of advertising, sponsorship, or event sales is a plus.
* Proficient in using modern tech, including CRM systems (ideally HubSpot), Office 365, websites, and social media.
