They will manage the kitchen team, providing coaching, development, and training to maintain high standards and foster a positive team environment. The Head Chef is also responsible for consistently producing and delivering food that meets the company's high expectations. Additionally, they will manage all aspects of Health and Safety and Food Hygiene in the kitchen. Your personality, experience and qualifications The ideal candidate will have previous Head Chef experience in a fast-paced, busy restaurant environment, along with excellent time management and organisational skills.
