Job title: Mechanical Shift Engineer Location: Static Site located in Tottenham Court Road, Central London Terms: 4on 4off / Days & Nights 07:00-19:00 - 19:00 - 07:00 Salary/rate: Competitive salary paying up to £54,000 Requirements: Mechanical Qualifications needed consist of the below - NVQ Level 2/3 City & Guilds level 2/3 Either in Mechanical or Plumbing Other mechanical certs desired About the company: A well-established maintenance provider who are renowned for their prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Shift Engineer to work on one of their flagship building on a pharmaceutical contract in Tottenham Court Road. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong Shift Engineer to their team. About the role: We are looking to take on board a strong Mechanical Shift Engineer to work on a flagship building on a pharmaceutical contract based in Tottenham Court Road. We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Engineer to work within a shift team and progress throughout the company liaising all day-to-day duties with the Site Supervisor/Manager. Responsibilities: You will be part of a team on a pharmaceutical - HQ contract based in Tottenham Court Road, Central London. PPM's & reactive maintenance. Manging ppm's, logbooks, and compliance. You will be responsible for all the output on the following PPM tasks: Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, Lighting, AHUs, FCUs, Plant room checks, plumbing, etc. Candidate requirements: The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer) The ideal candidate has bundles of experience working in a team and within the facilities maintenance industry. Strong building services background At least three years' experience in Building Maintenance / Mechanical Engineering.Contact us to apply.
