Why You?
As a Door person, you will be part of the Guest Experience team, responsible for providing a luxurious first impression, greeting and assisting guests and visitors at their arrival and departure, helping with luggage and chauffeurs, directing them and providing information about the hotel and the surrounding area.
You will be essential to creating memorable, unique and exciting experiences for our guests. You will be working closely with all departments across the hotel to maximise efficiency and communication to ensure that service delivery across the hotel runs seamlessly.
You will be available to solve problems and/or suggest alternatives to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and experience.
We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and talents.
You will work with brilliant teams across all hotel departments so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.
What do we need from you?
- Experience in a luxury/lifestyle restaurant or bar or 5* luxury hotel operation
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure
- Great attention to detail and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
- Your charisma, individuality and positive energy
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking with guests, colleagues and the senior leadership team
- Able to work 40 hours per week including late evenings and weekends
