Site Manager

Site Manager Dorking 3 Months Plus Work We are seeking a dedicated and experienced site manager to join our team and work alongside the site-based project manager on a timberframe brick-clad new build project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the fit-out, hard and soft landscaping, and 278 works, ensuring the successful completion of the project. The structure is already up and complete. Key Requirements: Experience working on similar new build construction projects SMSTS, 1st Aid, and CSCS certifications are required Proven track record of managing internal and external finishing's and pushing through internals Experience of 278 works Familiarity with dealing with the local council's clerk of works Self-directed with the ability to work autonomously without supervisionKey Responsibilities: Oversee the fit-out, hard and soft landscaping, and 278 works Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project objectives Communicate effectively with the local council's clerk of works Demonstrate proactive decision-making and problem-solving skills If you have the requisite experience and are ready to take on the challenges of managing the final phases of this project, we encourage you to apply.
