Energy Manager

A newly created FM Energy Management role has arisen for this global Property company. Working within a London centric division, their portfolio is a very interesting mix of heritage, and corporate environments. Main responsibilities are to support clients to deliver and validate energy, carbon and cost reductions. Identify and implement energy efficiency measures, low and zero carbon solutions and operational best practices. These will in turns generate commercial projects for the projects team. You will have plenty of client interaction, in fact you will be the go to for all energy related matters and efficiency expertise and be the lead. Essential background competencies include: * Extensive working knowledge of Trend BMS and control theory. * Extensive knowledge of the principle techniques and technologies which support the efficient use of energy. * Understand the principles behind HVAC, refrigeration and Lighting operation and system design / integration * Extensive working knowledge of BMS and control theory * Capable of preparing fully costed energy efficiency proposals and reports * Ability to carry out full energy surveys and feasibility studies of energy technologies Interviewing now and looking to appoint during September
