Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager with expertise in SFMC and marketing automation. You will manage end-to-end operations, including campaign execution, lead management, data governance, and reporting. Using technical and analytical skills, you'll develop data-driven growth strategies for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C markets. You will collaborate across teams to align growth strategy, system architecture, and processes. A proactive, innovative thinker, you identify opportunities and work to exceed expectations, partnering with Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Analytics teams to deliver multi-channel customer journeys.
As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager , your responsibilities will include:
Developing and presenting a comprehensive Marketing Operations strategy to cross-functional teams.
Collaborating with Product, Growth, and Data teams to align marketing automation workflows with growth objectives and customer journeys.
Leading the development and execution of marketing campaigns across email, web, and mobile channels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Creating, optimizing, and maintaining customer journeys, automations, and personalized content in SFMC, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
Evaluating and managing the marketing tech stack to meet business needs, ensuring smooth integration of tools and platforms.
Implementing data hygiene best practices and analyzing campaign performance data to drive lifecycle improvements and optimize results.
To be considered for the Senior Marketing Operations Manager position, you should meet the following qualifications:
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, particularly in marketing automation for B2C and B2B (B2B2C experience is a bonus).
Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) with experience in Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Audience Builder.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, practical solutions, leveraging best practices in marketing automation.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and AMPScript, with experience in CRM and API integrations.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to drive marketing success.
