Transaction Monitoring Analyst

This bank are seeking a financial services professional with experience in transaction monitoring and payments screening. Responsibilities: Transaction Monitoring: * Responsible for finding and investigating unusual transactions, patterns and activity to screen for potential money laundering/terrorist financing * Keep detailed records of all investigations and findings, and report as required * Ensure regulatory procedures are followed Requirements: * Confident in multi-tasking – able to juggle tasks effectively * Strong relationship builder – you can communicate and build relationships with stakeholders of all levels * Proficient in IT – you’re able to pick up new systems quickly and use a variety of systems. * Exposure to SARs, Transaction Monitoring, Payments Screening and Cifas * Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Experience of transaction monitoring (desirable) * Knowledge of regulatory policies within financial services (desirable) Salary & Benefits: * £26,000 - £30,000 per annum * 25 days annual leave (increases after 2 years of service) * Private medical & life insurance * Free gym on-site & free training sessions * 5% employer pension contribution * Share options * Enhanced maternity & paternity pay * Regular company parties & a sociable team who love a celebration
