The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with potential clients, conducting market research to better understand client needs, and using that research to develop customized proposals. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, representing the company at events and conferences, and achieving sales targets in line with company goals.Key Responsibilities:Exceptional skill in initiating contact and scheduling meetings through cold calling.A profound sense of motivation and ambition, demonstrating prowess as a presenter, communicator, and above all, a closurer who capitalizes on every opportunity.Undertake neighbourhood canvassing to foster relationships with homeowners and eloquently introduce our prestigious Elviano brand.Drive the expansion of our client base by identifying, pursuing, and securing new accounts with diligence and strategic sales approaches.Key Requirements:Familiarity with the real estate or construction industry.Proven track record in sales with the ability to generate leads and close deals effectively.Strong interpersonal and networking skills to create meaningful connections and alliances.Self-starter attitude with a zeal for continuous self-improvement and learning.Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to navigate complex sales cycles.Elviano not only boasts an impressive reputation but also an environment conducive to growth and success.
