As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high-quality code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain extensive documentation for all projects and systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization.
• Experience with integration with other systems, such as APIs, web services, and data exchange.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
