Business Development Manager

The successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for implementing Marketing and Business Development strategy along with identifying new business and developing it into sale opportunities. Key Responsibilities: * Creating Marketing and Business Development plans * Implementing, monitoring, measuring and reporting on activity * Leading on creation of client presentations and pitches and responses to tender requests * Planning, monitoring and reporting on activity, pipeline and revenue from key client accounts and referrers Skills & Experience Required: * A proven track record of securing new business from a similar marketing environment * Clear understanding of business development and marketing and how to add value in the Business Development arena * Experienced in planning, budgeting and reporting * Pitch and presentation creation experience * Able to communicate at all levels of business confidently and accurately. * Full UK driving licence is essential Salary Package: £30,000-£40,000 + OTE + Company Car
