Repair and Maintenance Services Warehouse Tasks:

1. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
2. Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
3. Prepare and submit reports
4. Arrange for maintenance and repair work
5. Ensure proper functioning of equipment
6. Light cleaning duties
7. Maintain work records and logs
8. Organize warehouse and work areas
9. Perform general office duties
10. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
11. Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units
12. Compile worksheets and specifications of orders
13. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
14. Follow-up on issues with work orders
15. Keep track of shipments
16. Knowledge of cross border dispatching regulations and practices
17. Organize and maintain inventory
18. Establish work schedules and procedures

Forklift Operator Certification
Computer and Technology Knowledge: Electronic mail, Internet, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Windows, MS Office

Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Weight handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
